Private message Inbox 1 message but nothing there?

 Private message Inbox 1 message but nothing there?Hope someone can advise on this: I have Private messages showing one unread message in my inbox. This has been there for ages, but whenever I open the Inbox there is no message there. How to I see if there is a message or cancel/delete or reset it if there is?

Is your Inbox folder full. Re: Private message Inbox 1 message but nothing there? I think messages can be removed by sender until they are read by the recipient. Leaves an empty message file in your inbox.
An alternative to deleting is exporting everything and start from scratch. Henry |

Or you can create another folder and have the system move x number of messages to that folder when the Inbox is full. Of course when that folder gets full you will run into the same problem. The Inbox holds 200 messages as does any new folder created. Re: Private message Inbox 1 message but nothing there? Thanks for the advice - should have made myself clearer. It is the ONLY message in the Inbox (or would be if it was there). Maybe the explanation is that the sender removed ot before I read it?
Anyway - I'd still like to reset the box to zero. It is irritating to keep seeing that I have a private message only to find there is nothing in the Inbox  |
