Lucky9, You can easily change theme by visiting "System Settings..Workspace Appearance..Desktop Theme.
To me the difference was quite noticeable in Libreoffice Documents. Fonts felt much better and smooth after tweak.

Normally I don't have to change Themes, but with the upgrade to 4.6.5 it was mandatory. I don't use LibreOffice very often so I'll have to take a look. But when I have had to use it, it's been OK for me.
