Post Wine in 11
Is there already a Wine version in the dev 1.3.x range for RC1? If not, is there a Wine version for 8.5 in the dev 1.3.x range?

Thanks.

Post Re: Wine in 11
The Community Repositories for 8.5 & 11.0 have 1.3.15 in the main repo and 1.3.16 in testing.

By tomorrow that should be bumped to 1.3.16 in main & 1.3.17 in testing.

We try to keep Wine pretty current.

Hey, don't forget the same versions for the 8.0 CR, too, for the 3.5.10 holdouts.

Installed 11 RC1 last night for my friend. Very smooth, no hitches. Will run updates tonight, then install Wine and the one critical app that's needed.

I need the location of the 11 CR. There are several grayed out repos in synaptic. Is one of them what I need, or is there another?

Remember that the latest builds will usually be in the testing repo:

deb http://main.mepis-deb.org/mepiscr/testrepo/ mepis11cr main non-free

and please let us know of success or problems.

The test repo did it. Wine installed and is running properly. Next issue is getting the critical program to install, but that's for the Wine project.

Thanks to you all.
