Works perfectly Davo.
Thanks a lot.
However, antiX-M8.5 is being delayed by sgfxi/nvidia installation. Trying to work it out with h2.

I am having fun using a AMD Sempron 140 Sargas 2.7GHz 45 Watt CPU running the RC-1... But discovered I need another motherboard without a damaged memory slot, I knocked the tower off the table and it still works, smiling kinda...
Please do not speculate how I accomplished the feat of letting the tower hit the floor and bounce sideways just missing my cold barefoot...

namida12, have fun playing with antiX, even if it could cause some physical injury to feet, hands and brains. :)

Didn't know it was that dangerous to test!

Dear anticapitalista,
Kudos to the antix ! Fantastic job on fluxbox. The antix 8.5 RC installation was very smooth. I didn`t get to install the pt-br language. Can you help me out?

Installed this base last night. Had a problem with fluxbox, everytime I moved a window xorg spiked to 100%. Decided to try icewm and it seems quicker then fluxbox. Everything i have tried so far has worked 100% very pleased. Thanks for all the hard work. Am I right in thinking from now on all I need to do are dist-upgrades to stay upto date. I had 8.0 base installed for around 6 months I think but never bothered with dist-upgrades because everything ran so great. One other problem I am having is the keyboard layout. I set it for UK qwerty on install but the "@ are around the wrong way. I ran dpkg-reconfigure console-data then chose pc/british/standard/standard but still have @" around the wrong way. I also have had a few problems getting clipboards to work great with antix. Then I found this clipboard daemon: http://members.chello.nl/~h.lai/gnome-clipboard-daemon/The binary package works out of the box, I just stuck it in /usr/bin and made it load on startup. Does not show up anywhere but works great.

How did Jerry3904 install AntiX on the Acer ASpire One?
I would like to install the latest version of Antix on it.
Could someone please point (link) me in the right direction.
I guessing it's possible to create a USB key install?
Thanks in advance for suggestion advice offered ...
