 AntiX-M8.5-486... D-Link eth0 adapter not seen?...I have AntiX-M8.5-486 installed on a HP Pavilion 7920 ... it's a Celeron 900mhz with 256k sdram. It has a D-Link DFE-530TX+ 10/100 PCI ethernet adapter that doesn't show up when I do a lspci and modprobe & ifup doesn't do anything either. If I boot Puppy 431 cd it shows and works but I cannot seem to get it to show or work in AntiX. On one attempt it showed in Ceni but would not configure but since then it doesn't show anywhere. Any ideas for resolve much appreciated. JBoman

That card should use the 8139too kernel module but the 8139cp module might be loading instead or in addition to the correct one. If they are both loading, in a root terminal run:
