 Mepis-11.0 Trinity
Given the amount of users that are still installing Mepis 8 even though it is not supported anymore I thought a new disk might be in order, A mepis 11.0 base, with KDE4 removed, and Trinity (KDE 3.5) installed, but it looks good so far. Should be able to post within a few days, after I think of an appropriate name for it,

Backtrack is already used for a Linux Distro. I was thinking: Mepis DerpyFace Edition

 Re: Mepis-11.0 Trinity
Isn't there going to be a problem with a library upgrade causing KDE to crash? You will have to be very careful to install newer software and the repositories one uses. I'm sure Danum knows that but I worry about the user.

 Re: Mepis-11.0 Trinity
You have lost me, Why should KDE crash, when there is no KDE installed, Trinity is installed not KDE, as for the repo's they default to Squeeze, Squeeze Security, Squeeze Multimedia, and Trinity, so where is the newer software coming from, What it will give users of older low spec systems, is a system that is up to date and can be used with the confidence with apps from Squeeze,
