Hey josk...
That's quite good. Do you have any others?

Hi josk, Your wallpaper is possible to upload in the Art gallery. Maximum size is 1600x1200 px, 4000kb and for thumbs 300x300 px,100kb. So the 1440x900px will fit in nicely. But the thumbnails must be jpg, even if the instructions says something else. You must also master the invisible verification code problem. Just click to the right of the words "verification code". Please make another try, the Art gallery needs your wallpaper. Henry

Nice work with "metalizing" the Mepis logo. This wallpaper makes me think of some kind of major celebration, New Year maybe?

Josk, That looks really nice. We should upload it to the art gallery. The only thing that could be better is to capitalize the two i's in Mepis Linux (can you fix that yet?)

Thanks josk,
That's great, it definitely says KDE4, I would love to see a KDM theme to go with it.

I just tried this wallpaper on a KDE 4 system, it looks very good! I tried the wallpaper on a wide screen monitor on a system running KDE 4.2.4. Mepis will be using KDE 4.3, so it will probably look even better because I just have the default oxygen panel. The wallpaper has a nice modern look and the positioning of the logo is nice because the menu will not cover it. Larry is right about the letters needing capitalised though.
