I noticed today (March 19) that KDE 4.6.5 in Debian Testing (Wheezy) got upgraded to KDE 4.7.4. No problems at all using Synaptic.
Since Wheezy now uses kernel 3.2.0-2 (=3.2.9) and KDE 4.7.4-2, Warren may need to go "back to the drawing board"....:-)

Added: antiX M12 now sports a 3.3.0 kernel as well. i installed it today (March 21). It runs fine, btw.
Ko Bros Linux User #312596.  MX14.4, MX14.3, Mepis 12, Debian 7, antiX 15, Peppermint 5...and sometimes Win7
