 Re: Firefox 10.0
I found source packages in Ubuntu Precise, but let's see if I can disable all the Unity addons for the CR. Otherwise, sources for older Ubuntus usually show up in a few days.

 Re: Firefox 10.0
It's getting to be monotonous, the way an X.0.1 release comes out two days later for every Mozilla application. Maybe I should wait a couple days before building.
Steve (already has 10.0.1 built for M11 amd64)

 Re: Firefox 10.0
I'd second that. I've been thinking that things needed to be a little less hectic for the Building Team. I mean I don't think there needs to be a Mepis build of an RC, for instance.

Not sure how different the versioning is in iceweasel but am running iceweasel 10.0-3 from sid and works fine. Jerry

 Re: Firefox 10.0
The only people it will drive away are those who "think" they know better than Mozilla, plus all users have an option open to them. http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/or ... s/all.html

 Re: Firefox 10.0
It's great to have the choices. I like FF, but then found iceweasel and icedove, and they seemed a little quicker in operation, plus less difficulty if there was a Flash issue. But I like integration for simplicity, and therefore currently using Seamonkey and/or Iceape as suites. We like what we like - it's subjective. But in the interests of correctness and balance, we ought to promote IE for Linux...
