Post Re: MEPIS 11 Community Repo: The Clementine Thread
Noticed the test repo had Clementine 1.0.1
Upgraded fine on M11 64-bit.

FYI...From Change log
Version 1.0.1:
Bugfixes:
* Use Chromaprinter and Acoustid instead of Echoprint and MusicDNS.
* Make it possible to play songs from connected iPod Touches again.
* (Windows) Fix an SSL issue that would sometimes result in an "Invalid
username or password" error when logging in to Grooveshark.
* (Mac OS X) Use FSEvent-based filesystem watcher to fix a number of crashes
due to running out of file handles when monitoring a large library.

Cheers

I hope this finds you well.

I've only had it up and running for a day or two, and I haven't even begun to explore all of the exciting new features provided--such as its Podcast capabilities, or what the Console is and how it works--but I have to say--when it comes to music playback--it sounds terrific! It sounds terrific!

A thousand thanks for this upgrade, and please accept my

Best regards,
carlnyc

P.S.: Did I mention that it sounds terrific?

Post Re: MEPIS 11 Community Repo: The Clementine Thread
Update: bugfix release 1.2.1 is now in the test repo. Changes include:

- Fix library download in the network remote.
- Fix removing songs from playlist in the network remote.
- Fix login failures with box.com.
- (Mac OS X) Add a workaround for a weird font issue on 10.9.
- (Linux) Fix a typo that would prevent the Spotify downloader button from
ever being shown. (We don't have Spotify support in the MEPIS build, due to no libspotify in Debian)
