Garmin Nuvi and epis 11
We have a Garmin Nuvi that works pretty well but, Garmin wants like $40 per year to get the map updates. Is there a way to load an individual trip from say yahoo maps to a garmin? I see some software products in the synaptic but, have no idea which if any would work. Also is it a big hassle that would be just better to pay the $40 bucks to get the latest updates a better option? Thanks

There is a lot of info on the web about Garmin and Linux: did you do a search on "Linux Garmin Nüvi"?
