It doesn't matter which software he is using, recordmydesktop is installed by default in Mepis 11.0 so install gtk-recordmydesktop and use that. Formats, recordmydesktop makes a ogv file, that needs converting to MP4 for you tube. _________________ *Never be afraid to try something new. Remember that a lone amateur built the Ark.
