Of course they have probably tried everything they know. Which is almost always Windows-oriented. And by the time they find us they're pretty fried. So it's easy to help them. Some here are pretty good at helping. Besides, it's way better than watching TV. (On a personal note I think there's the added benefit of keeping my neuron firing.)
