I like "Breeze", "Electric Surge" and "Galactic Proportions". Not so busy and pleasant on the old eyes.

Re: The art gallery for M11.5 is open.
I'm going to do some checking when I get home, but I think I'm going to have a problem with the location of the MEPIS text and logo. I've run into the same thing in the past.
I use a 1440x900 widescreen, and have adjusted fonts and icons and such to accommodate my old tired eyes. Another adjustment is to enlarge the Panel. In doing so, it rises up to the point where it's abutting the logo. I set the wallpaper to Scale & Crop to avoid any distortion.
Right now I'm using Endeavor 2, and the higher placement of the text and logo are perfect for me.
No, I'm not asking for different versions just to account for my specific needs, but thought it might be worth bringing up in case there are other old farts like me that this would cause difficulties for. In my case, I'll use what's available -- or not -- and have a whole directory full of images I use (unrelated to MEPIS) on a rotating basis. If nothing else, I might like to use one of the new offerings sans text and logo.

It's very easy to make a wallpaper without text and logo. Ask the artist and you will probably get one. You can add "Mepis Linux" and logo in the position you want. The font for the official Mepis wallpaper is Crackdown. Henry

It's perfect, as if it was made for your panel size. Could have something to do with my panel being of the slightly larger kind. Henry

They are all eye-catching. It is hard to pick a favourite, but, so far 'Galactic proportions' and 'Very far away' are the ones that I like the best.
